Getting a medical letter for travel
If you're going overseas with your treatment and need a medical letter:
Weight: Email us at gday@pilot.com.au to request a letter, and our team will send it directly to you.
Non-weight: Fill out this form, and we'll organise a treatment summary from your Australian clinician to carry with you. If you need a travel letter for any other reason, request one by contacting us here.
