To change your password:
1. Log into your Hims account.
2. Click your name in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select Account settings.
4. Select Change password in the Security and login section, and enter your new password.
If you're trying to log in but can't remember your password:
1. Click here to reset your password.
2. Enter the email address linked to your existing Hims account, and select Send recovery email.
Once you click reset, we'll send an email to your inbox with steps to reset your password.
Check your junk and spam folders for the recovery email. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, message us below through our messaging portal.
