If you have completed the questionnaire - We can't delete your account right away. Like other medical providers, Hims and the practitioners consulting on our platform are required by law to retain all health information for seven years.
Once seven years have passed from the date of your consultation, we can delete your details from our records.Your information is secure. Only authorised members of our Care Team can access it, and we're required by law to keep it confidential — it's never shared. Read our privacy policy here.
