You don't deliver to my address. Can I ship my order somewhere else?

Hims uses an Australian delivery partner to ship your orders. There are some suburbs we don't deliver to. 

For Weight: 

If we don't ship to your preferred address: 

1. Check that the postcode and suburb are entered correctly. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the suburb name — our system may not recognise the address otherwise. 

2. Try an alternative address in a suburb we do deliver to. Find all deliverable suburbs by clicking your state below.

- Victoria 

- Queensland 

- South Australia 

- Tasmania 

- Western Australia 

- Northern Territory 

3. If you don't have an alternative address or need help finding one, contact Hims Support — we'll explain your options. Please note: due to government restrictions, we don't ship orders overseas.
