Hims uses an Australian delivery partner to ship your orders. There are some suburbs we don't deliver to, but you can often use an alternative address — like a family member's home depending on your treatment plan.
For Weight: If we don't ship to your preferred address:
1. Check that the postcode and suburb are entered correctly. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the suburb name — our system may not recognise the address otherwise.
2. Try an alternative address in a suburb we do deliver to. Find all deliverable suburbs chatting to our live chat support team through our Web App or in the Help Centre.
3. If you don't have an alternative address or need help finding one, contact Hims Support — we'll explain your options. Please note: due to government restrictions, we don't ship prescription medication overseas.
