1. Start your consultation. Answer a series of questions about your health and goals. This gives your assigned Australian clinician everything they need to assess your suitability for a treatment plan. Start your quiz here.
2. Make your payment. If you're a suitable candidate, pay for your first month of your treatment plan. For the Weight Reset Program, payment happens after your initial questions and before a more detailed medical consultation, which helps your clinician prepare for your appointment.
3. Hear from your clinician. Your clinician reviews your answers and will call you to discuss your eligibility and treatment options. Once you're booked for a call, you'll get an SMS confirming your time window, with a link to reschedule if you need to. You can ask questions at any point during this process.
4. Review and confirm your treatment plan. Once your clinician has recommended a treatment plan, ask any questions, then purchase it or end your consultation. If you decide not to proceed, or you're not suitable for any treatment, we'll refund your initial consultation payment.
5. Start your treatment. Your order is delivered straight to you, with information on how to begin treatment. Our Care Team is available for any questions, and when you're ready for your next order, we send it out automatically.
6. Access your ongoing support. Your treatment plan includes access to your clinician, Care team, pharmacists, and Hims support, plus our Dietician Support team if you're on the Weight Reset Program. Your clinician reaches out when it's time to review your treatment plan.
