Our clinicians follow comprehensive clinical guidelines when recommending treatment plans on our platform, to ensure our services are clinically appropriate for our patients. We're sorry you're not eligible for treatment plan with Hims. If that’s the case, you can contact us for a refund of your initial payment.
The reality is there's a lot you can still do to help reset your weight, from making lifestyle changes to visiting your regular GP and dietitian to discuss a management plan that suits your needs and goals.
Other treatment options
Your health comes first, always. If your clinician determines that an in-person consultation better serves your needs, they'll recommend it. That call is theirs to make, independent of Hims. This way, you can discuss a wider range of treatment options with your clinician than an online-only consultation allows.
If that happens, you can contact us to refund your consultation fee in full.
