- A practitioner reviews your details and messages you in your Hims profile.
- You’ll get an SMS as soon as they’ve messaged you, typically within 2 hours.
- Reply in your Hims profile in your own time. There’s no need to wait online. You’ll get an SMS every time your practitioner responds.
