Weight Reset Program
Hims uses an Australian delivery partner to ship your orders. There are some suburbs we don't deliver to, but you can often use an alternative address — like a family member's home. If we don't ship to your preferred address:
- Check that the postcode and suburb are entered correctly. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the suburb name — our system may not recognise the address otherwise.
- Try an alternative address in a suburb we do deliver to. Find all deliverable suburbs by chatting to our live chat support team through your Web App, or in the help centre.
- If you don't have an alternative address or need help finding one, contact Hims Support — we'll explain your options.
Other treatments
We ship all over Australia. Note: due to government restrictions, we don't ship prescription medication overseas.
