Hims uses an Australian delivery partner to ship your orders. There are some suburbs we don't deliver to. If we don't ship to your preferred address:
1. Check that the postcode and suburb are entered correctly. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the suburb name — our system may not recognise the address otherwise.
2. Try an alternative address in a suburb we do deliver to. Find all deliverable suburbs by clicking your state below.

3. If you don't have an alternative address or need help finding one, contact Hims Support — we'll explain your options.
